COUNTERFEIT COUNTERFEITS...
2nd similar set i've ordered, 2 different brands though, two different sellers, and slight differences in design (these are pictured with "NCY" engraved on the top of the cable-holder sleeve)... Returned the first ones (again, diff product and seller) for having pitting in the metal, uneven and terrible finish (anodizing), and pieces not lining up right, creating sharp edges.... 2nd set has all that but worse -1) Packaging tells me this thing is OLD, like, bottom of the barrel, corner of the forgotten warehouse old. It's also NOT NCY brand official, far as I can tell.2) Finish is absolute garbage. These will TAKE AWAY from the look of your stock scooter, not improve it.3) NCY is not stamped on the piece as pictured, in fact, some other crap is engraved in a different place and frankly I hate it. See pictures. CHEEEEEEEAP.4) the most functional part of this whole thing, the part that holds the bead of the throttle cable, is poorly-glued-on-PLASTIC, not CNC aluminum. I am pretty sure at least the first set that I returned had one piece all-alum construction... This is the deal breaker for me, and furthermore they must have been glued together in a really dirty factory because there is crap stuck all over these things.Bottom line, I don't know if there's any decently made 7/8'' grip handle thingy's out there, at ANY price. Don't order these and expect to get what you paid for, or what's pictured.

(With update at end ) Does the job well, but keep close track of the hardware. Cleans up the control area really nicely
Looks nice, good aluminum. I lost the lock screw that threads into the underside and now the throttle has some free play outside of the active range of the cable. Be sure to hold on to that screw because that empty space at the end of the rotation is not so cool. Gotta hunt down a replacement...Inside has a little bit of bite between the surfaces because aluminum can be kind of "sticky" (doesnt affect performance or safety, but for picky bike owners this might be useful info). This isnt really a fault of the product but a characteristic of the material.(Update) lasted from Feb-June, not many riding miles. Mostly in garage testing. The grip part twisted away from the part that secures to the cable. So the grip and aluminum sleeve came right off the end of the bar in my hand. (It was glued together inside). Not too happy about it

Nice, cheap and functional throttle
With some modification this is a sold throttle. I would purchase this again.
