This supplement was recommended by my doctor and was easier to find here than running from store to store . Was a bit of a delay getting it but was here before I ran out.

So this is a tough one, as I believe that all people react differently to the same products. I’ve been using this for a year now, related to my neuropathy. Although I cannot say for sure that it has gotten better, I can say that I’ve not noticed that it has gotten any worse, and considering how quickly I had been going downhill, that is amazing to me! I take one tablet in the morning, and another a night, as recommended by the doctor who performed my nerve test, and I seem to be holding my own (knock on wood).

The price was good and shipping was fast. These are exactly what I have been taking except the price is better.

My doctor recommended these to help reduce the sugar content in my blood. I tried them and had one of the adverse reactions that may occur, heartburn with all 3 tablets I took right after use. The cost is reasonable enough, that it is worth trying, but just be aware of the possible side effects that may occur.

This has made a huge difference to my quality of life. I have suffered with BMS for over 10yrs and it can really get you down. Taking 2 of these capsules in the morning and 2 at night has reduced it to a very tolerable level and some days it's almost totally gone. It started working within a week for me.
