TupperwareModular Mates Oval Set, Black

I started redoing my kitchen cabinets and purchased 2 of these sets at this great bargain price. Paired with the pour all seal (for pour through ability) and I now have a perfectly organized kitchen cupboard. Fast shipping, excellent product, great price. What more can you ask?

I purchased two sets of these. I love that they are extremely airtight! They also fit in spaces where other containers won't. I use them in the freezer and also the refrigerator. The lids seem tricky at first, but once you get the hang of the "tupperware seal" they work fine. It seems to me that anything that is airtight won't have lids that come off easy, or they would not be airtight!

It's Tupperware, need I say more? The set I had was purchased in the 80's and although they were in perfectly good condition structurally, the transparent plastic had become a little yellowed through time and it was time for a fresher look. I prefer the space-saving design and semi-rigid structure of these containers to the more square, hard plastic ones found in discount stores. Although I do like the easy-to-remove locking lids used on those square ones.

These can be very hard to open. Should have purchased a different shape and/or one with easier on/off top.

Needed to coordinate my new kitchen and lose the multiple colored/missing lids collection I had. Always count on tupperware, they are always good quality and seal well.
