Can I use on painted wine glass to seal artwork. Is it food grade safe?

I don’t think that it’s food safe

Can this be sprayed on painted rocks that are to be placed outdoors? is it weather/uv rated?

I spray it on wood signs that are outside and have never had a problem. So I think rocks should be nice too.
