Works fine in recipes. I use organic sugars only now due to Alpha Gal allergies, and have used this twice now.

Great taste easy to use

It taste even better than the sugar that has bone charres in it! It tastes real! You actually can taste the sweetness much faster and at least it’s not made with bone fragments. Cost? Probably too expensive but if you can’t get it anywhere else . Can’t say much. But I’ve enjoyed it! Great product!

I lost about a third of this due to seal on package opening. but the remaining sugar was great and they handled the situation professionally, satisfactorily and quickly.

This is great for kombucha
