Pain Relief Value
I don't think this device will cure any injury or infection. However, it does "mask" pain while being used. I strained my back to a degree that made even laughing painful. The AccuRelief unit measurably reduced the pain while I was moving about. It made the recovery process far less inconvenient and painful. The price is right!

Works well
This little machine works well for your money. My daughter pop some ribs out when she was wrestling and the chiropractor was surprised how well the muscles were relaxed after we had used it

Great value
Great value for the price. Small and compact and does the trick. Only downside is I wish the cord was longer as I use this for lower back pain. The cord reaches but a plus would be if it were a tad longer.

they all feel like they're electrocuting me
I didn't realise that a 'single channel' TENS only has two pads or I would have bought the more expensive 'dual channel' model... I can't stand a TENS unit of any kind, they all feel like they're electrocuting me, but my husband is happy with it and he says it helps his pain on a level 15, so there's still plenty of room to go up the dial if need be. The reusable pads are lasting pretty well and I just bought refills last week. It's pretty easy to program, just cycle through the buttons to set the program and the strength of pulse. I wish the screen was a little easier to read (the grey is pretty light) but once you know which program you want to use it's easy to just press the button that many times and let it go to work...

Surprisingly works!!
My wife has tendinitis and arthritis in her ankles. Had surgery on one and constantly spraining the other. They are always in pain. She first experienced this type of pain management in Physical therapy and it helped. She used this gadget minutes after it arrived and experienced immediate relief. It’s a neat little gadget would totally recommend it. It works well considering it’s runs on batteries and no power cord attachment.

What an excellent little machine.
This machine arrives with the main unit, fresh batteries, a roughly four foot long cord, and two sets of electrode pads. Expect the pad adhesive to only last a couple of uses and order some electrode gel when you make your purchase. I've used my a couple dozen times in the first two weeks and they pliable now, but still adhere nicely.I tried the six different programs before settling on one that works best on my shoulder. Wish I'd have tried this a decade ago, it would have saved a lot of suffering.

Won't power on.
I had this device, with the old plug-in pads. It was a life saver. I used it all the time and lent it to friends. The wires started to lose their connection (I had to hold it just so to get it to work). I bought this unit and a tens/ems unit when I replaced my old stand-by. I have been using the tens/ems, but it has issues that are a pain (it is rechargeable, but only lasts so long). I grew frustrated with that device, and brought out this one, because my back is killing me. The stupid thing won't even power on. I was already aggravated that this one has snap on pads (the pictures show the style I had before, for which I have TONS of replacement pads). But it won't even power on. I wish I hadn't tossed my old one. It was a pain to have to hold the wires so they kept a connection, but at least I could get it to come on.
