Jones Stephens C97005 High Impact Plastic 5 1/4" Bell Design Cleanout Cover Plate, Small, White

We have an unsightly cleanout jutting out from a wall in our finished basement. It is now covered up. I used a little adhesive putty to attach it to the wall. The screw was not needed or even useful for my application. Your situation may vary.

I have been looking at local hardware stores for this item without success. Upon arrival this item fits as expected and I am very pleased with it!

Item is made of a thin cheap plastic, edges were warped and curled up...to the point it did not make even contact with the wall, thus leaving gaps that needed to be caulked. “ I do not recommend “

Does what it was designed to do.

We had a hard time finding a cap this size that wasn’t flush with the wall in stores. Not sure how there could be bad reviews for what we needed it for. It looks nice and works well!

Ordered after we had one get damaged and it was easy to install. Painted it to match the exterior house colors and took only one coat.

After a light scuff and some rubbing alcohol it painted up nicely to match our wall. Feels cheap but does the job. No real complaints.

I purchased this for a bathroom remodel and didn't want to see the cleanout cap from another drain line in the house. I thought the included screw was a little long, so I used a shorter one. This cover plate is a nice pure white color and I kept it as-is and did not try and paint it.
