Not sure about scale but it's pretty big. The logs are about 15cm long and you can fit a playmobil man in the cab.

Does the Bruder forestry worker fit inside the cab?

Not sure, never tried to fit the worker inside but it’s a similar size to other vehicles like the bruder lorries which allow you to fit one of the bruder size people inside.
