MAXPOWER 7" 10" 16" Water Pump Pliers Set, Push Button V Jaw, Quick Release

Journey plumber here. I think these are great! I bought 2 sets of 3 and they are working out pretty nice, they grip really nice on gas pipe.

I bought these so a handyperson who was helping me with pipe could pry it loose since it was sealed with loctite threadlocker. Using the large and medium size wrench he was able to finally get the pipe and fastener to turn and loosen. So these did the job and the two different sizes were useful. Seems like a good price considering you get three of these wrenches and they come in a sturdy pouch. Recommended!

Understand the design of this set to appreciate how SUPERIOR they are to standard ‘channel lock’ pliers! Just looking at the images in the listing, you can understand the ‘harder you push, the better they grip’ concept of their design! The moment you first use these pliers, you will NEVER reach for a regular ‘channel lock’ plier again! The BEST feature about these pliers, besides their grip, it the handles - when adjusted to the fitting size, both halves of the handle are so clutch eayother , it makes them a ‘one handed’ task! The ‘push button to adjust’ will make them your favorite tool in the toolbox!

We all need tools, and before you know it the collection has grown exponentially. With that said finding a single tool to do more than a single job is a Godsend. This one fits the bill. As a example I have bought countless oil filter wrenches, all of which I have no idea where they are. This tool has helped me change the oil, install sprinkler heads, and add an extension to a water hose. Its the number 1 tool on my tool bucket. It comes in a set of three inside a neat little case. Easy to use and they can cover a width up to five and a half inches. They work great around the house, on the car, or wherever you choose.
