Best tool for Laminate floor!
I was able to use this tool to cut laminate flooring evenly. Every piece had a clean cut. I totally recommend the tool!

hardest part of flooring is getting up and down to make cuts .this cutter works great and is very easy to use

Definitely a professional product
I install flooring for a living. I purchased this cutter in February of 2019. It has seen well over 80,000 ft of laminate with some solid core vinyl and engineered hardwood mixed in. I'm still using the original blade. Never have sharpened it. I have a total of 6 cutters and this one is always the one that goes in first. I highly recommend to any pro or just someone looking to make the job easier. (Just today I installed 800ft of Pergo 12mm waterproof laminate and this was the only cutter I used except for my rips)

Please state if an item is missing in a open box item!
This product's box was damage as explained. It wasn't stated that a few pieces were missing. It's unfortunate that I discovered this when it arrived. Very unhappy about this. Other than a missing part, this product worked as described. This is the first time I've ever purchased a damaged box item. This I won't do again.....never againDISAPPOINTED

Don't Buy a returned item from Amazon, your taking a chance
Bought this Item to help me with the 3 bedrooms I'm working on. This was a returned item, but was listed as " Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged. " Well the package was not damaged at all, But the item inside was. The aluminum frame rails were bent, and there were missing screws and tools. As frustrating as it was trying to re-assemble this cutter (came with no instructions, but was pretty easy to understand how it goes together) and straighten out the bent items, I managed to get it to work properly for my needs. It does work as described, and if I had to get another one, I wouldn't buy a returned item that claims there is nothing wrong with it except the box being damaged. Amazon should have opened the returned item and inspected it a little better. That's why I'm giving it 2 stars.

Best way to cut this flooring
Works well, fast shipping, completely cuts a nice clean edge. Don’t use a razor knife the score of the edges. I highly recommend this cutter to get a quality cut. Also very easy and clean no dust.

Very good quality and sturdy
Great cutter very sturdy and sharp. Cut my hand unboxing it. They should put a plastic disposable blade guard on it when shipping. But this thing is nice very solid. I have two others that are not as sharp as this one.Update: I used the cutter with a 7 millimeter tile and it cut very well. This thing is well built and solid. I have two others that are not as beefy. Do yourself a favor, by this first it's a great cutter.

made a clean cut.... most of the time
Used this for cutting 10mm laminate flooring. I found the instructions a bit lacking, but managed to get it put together. Most of the cuts came out clean, but a few were a little ragged. So long as the cut end was going to be underneath some baseboard it is just fine. Pretty good for the price. There were many available that cost 2-3 times as much.
