Total scam...
DO NOT buy this product because it DOESN'T work... I just basically paid $15 for an elastic with some velcro on it. It doesn't do anything, unless it has some magic power that I didn't discover yet.If you read the other reviews carefully you will see that they give 5 stars to a different product (some kind of pillow that doesn't belong to this product).....Very disappointing, especially when you think that this product can help with your issues or chronic pain. This is just TRASH.....

Great size and good quality! Have bad neck pain and even take when going to movie theater to relax my neck. Quick trick if too cold put 1 or 2 fuzzy socks on it and works great without getting too cold.

A necessary evil. Make sure your doctor gives you instructions instead of just reading them or using YouTube then it is not bad at all! Make it a daily routine.

Bought this for my disabled daughter who suffers from neck stiffness. It is brilliant. The light massage really helps and the whole thing is well padded and made.
