Worth The Extra Price - Match Nonwhitened Teeth and Stayed on Without Denture Glue
I bought these fangs for a Halloween costume and fell in love with them. For reference, I'm a 5"4 woman. These fangs were more expensive than other options, but worth it because: 1. These fangs are a yellowish ivory color instead of eggshell white, a color which matched my teeth better than cheaper, whiter fangs did. The ivory color also ensured that fangs didn't make my teeth look comparatively yellow in photos (in photos, my teeth looked whiter with these fangs than with paper white fangs.) I like tea, but don't smoke or drink... so these fangs are a good option if you have healthy-but-not-whitened teeth. 2. The small size looks more proportionate and realistic than "default" fang sizes if you have average-sized female teeth (I'm a 5"4 cisgender female.) Most vampire fangs are made using large average male teeth as a reference, but, on average, female teeth are smaller than men's. These small fangs matched the size of my other teeth, so they didn't look goofy and let me close my mouth! They're big enough to make it obvious that you're a vampire, not a walrus. 3. The fangs stayed on perfectly for two 4-hour stretches without any fang glue or denture glue (I only took them off to eat) 4. They are easy to take on and off (it's like taking off a retainer. I slipped them off, ate, brushed my teeth, then slipped the fangs back on. They fit back on even if you don't brush your teeth, but you might want to in order to keep your fangs clean.) 5. They are reusable. I slipped them on and off as I needed, and they fit snugly. 6. I could talk while wearing these fangs. Everyone asked me how I could talk, but behold, I could talk, laugh, and open my mouth obscenely wide without being scared of my fangs falling out. 7. No drooling. Perhaps that was because these were small enough to match my other teeth and to let me close my mouth?? 8. It was my first time wearing fangs, so I liked that everything I needed to attach these fangs to my teeth came in the box (with instructions.) They didn't include scissors and a nail file/sandpaper, but everything else was there (denture glue is not needed for these fangs.) The fangs fit very well without glue because of a waxy custom-fitted mold hidden inside of the teeth. According to the instructions, you need to try the mold on ~24 hours before you intend to wear them full-time, so that it adjusts to the unique shape of your teeth (I tried mine 12 hours in advance no issues.) The kit came with simple instructions on how to try the mold on: It took me 15 minutes to mold the fangs to my teeth, and 10 of those were spent waiting for the mold to dry. It then took me 20 minutes to cut and sand away the edges of the mold that overflowed onto the fang (this is normal and mentioned in the directions. I used nail scissors to cut away the extra wax, and a nail file to sand rough edges. The wax should not be visible on the front of the fangs unless you want to look like a vampire caught snacking on candles...) High grain sandpaper would work even better than a nail file, but regular small scissors will do in an emergency. Once that part is done, the fangs are fitted and ready for reuse. There is no chance of damaging the fangs if you work carefully (a stray cut here or there didn't scratch mine.) I got my mold right the first time, but enough mold-making supplies are included to redo this process at least three times. In short, these fangs are beginner-friendly. There are many areas to cheap out on in a Halloween costume, but I'm glad I didn't cheap out on fangs! Wearing these made my Halloween immensely enjoyable, and looked natural in photos! I included a no-lipstick photo to show the color and fit (the ivory color looks whiter in photos than eggshell white fangs do because they don't emphasize

Great fit, great look, and comfortable for all day!
I wear these for demon/Sith cosplay actually. The kit comes with the fangs and instructions and materials needed to customize these for perfect fit. The set even comes with extra setting materials, so if you get part way through fitting them and realize that you maybe put them on your teeth crooked or shoved them too high and into your gum line, you have plenty of materials to go back and do a couple of re-dos until they feel perfect. I chose the smaller fang size and put them on my canines, and I often got complimented on how real they look. Sometimes people were even quite surprised to find out how how the price tag actually is for these teeth. It's sort of funny to see people want to reach out and touch your teeth, of all things, when you're covered in dark red makeup and layered wax and latex sculpting, but it absolutely happened. As for wear, the pair I have have done me well for more than three years now. They are quite comfortable, though I would find that the inside of my lips and my gum line don't like it if I wear them for 12 hours a couple of days in a row. Given that's a pretty extreme example, I feel like most people will be good for casual wear. They do not get stuck, and they are easy to remove and put in (though you will be able to tell if you get a fang on the wrong side). You absolutely should remove them for eating; I never had any trouble drinking with a straw. They should definitely be removed if you need to chug down some water, because it's possible to knock them loose on accident. Fit- You need to choose which size teeth you want based on your own natural tooth size (do you feel like you have dainty teeth or broader teeth, and how much of a fang do you want going). As far as the actual fillings go, the paste that you put in the cap forms around your own tooth as you insert the cap when you are first preparing them. You'll note that the tooth is a little 'wider' in depth than your natural tooth probably is. This is why you don't eat with them! When you first place the cap, you press the front of it flat against your own tooth, and the back juts out a little on the inside of your mouth. This is on purpose and ensures that the cap doesn't get stuck on your tooth. Once you're done with setting them, you'll be able to tell almost immediately which fang goes on which side. This was a concern for me because my teeth are uneven in size, but the filling customizes them so that there is no doubt which cap belongs with which tooth. In fact, when I recently had some work done (chipped my tooth on some glass, darnit!), I was able to immediately tell that setting was not as sure on that tooth. I'm ordering a new pair because it doesn't hurt to have a second pair, but also because I feel better having the set fit properly. Anyway I love these fangs! I've used them in so many costume sets, and sometimes just when I was feeling a little fangy on a particular day.

WORKS GREAT - BUT WILL STAIN WITH NON-CLEAR DRINKS
These work great! Takes some time, but once they are set, they are awesome. ONLY THING - DON'T DRINK NON-CLEAR LIQUIDS. Directions say to "not eat or drink" but I thought that was just for safety. I was at a party and of course drank some cocktails and unfortunately my fangs are now pink and unusable. If the directions would have stated that they stain with non-clear liquids, I would have had a different beverage (or take them out). My friend has had a pair for over 10 years and constantly reuses them. Also, it is just a tad difficult to talk with them, but still worth it because they look so real!

PLEASE READ
So my first try with these was awful. I followed the instructions but the first fang wouldn't even stay on for the 15 minutes that the paste is supposed to stay and harden. The second time I tried, I did exactly the same thing to prep, but kept hold of the fangs for much longer than the recommended time, just to make sure. They worked very well. You really have to follow the instructions precisely, or else it all fails. Make sure to put the fang on in one easy motion. Make sure you don't get paste in the deep middle of the fang. Let them dry for a long time. One thing that I might have done differently the second, actually successful time was that I mixed the powder and liquid together more quickly and applied it more quickly. I did in fact notice that the paste had already begun to harden in the mixing pot so that may have complicated things. As for the wear of the product, it was great and very convenient. They are not comfortable, but that is to be expected for fake teeth. They are not exceptionally uncomfortable though. You will have a slight lisp but whatever. The fangs stayed on all day. They were exceptionally easy to remove, with just a little push from the lower teeth to the back of the fangs, then a bit of wiggling down to loosen the fang from the tooth you molded it to. I was free to take it out and put it back in all day for band, eating, pictures. It was awesome. And putting them back on was super easy too, just a firm push back onto the tooth. I will say that my teeth did ache just slightly by the very end of the night, but it was well worth it. People really liked them and said they looked really legit. Overall, this is a fantastic product. If it's not working for you, either your teeth shape just won't fit with these fangs, or you may haven't explicitly followed the instructions. Give it another try. I highly recommend this product.

It's NOT my teeth - it's the product!
My first set of fangs were Dracula House brand, which I bought about 16 years ago and reused more times than I can count. Unfortunately, I lost them somehow. So when I needed fangs for this year's Halloween costume, I decided to try these scarecrow brand because they were smaller. I followed the directions exactly. Let me start by saying that the overwhelming chemical smell from the liquid that you have to drop into the powder to make the adhesive mixture is sickening. And it tastes as bad as it smells. Like eating old nail polish. The 1st one went on OK. The only problem was that it wasn't a super tight fit due to the fact that all of the adhesive stuck to my fingers (and came off of the fang when I removed my fingers from my mouth). I didn't worry too much about that because the instructions said that if a tighter fit was needed to just use one of the extra capsule (which was included) to repeat the process. Well, I SHOULD HAVE worried because I could not get the second fang to "set," at all - and I used up all the capsules trying. It never worked. Now, I understand that, as the directions state, all teeth are different, blah blah blah... but the Dracula house brand gave me no issues whatsoever - so it's not my teeth - it's the product. I ended up ordering a "refill pack" of the adhesive, and paying and extra $3 to have it delivered same because I was in a time crunch. My husband bought the Dracula House brand (the adhesive process is totally different), and THOSE directions said to cover your fingers and vegetable oil so that the adhesive doesn't stick to them. So I did that with the refill pack and fitted the fang that I hadn't been able to get to successfully set. It seemed to work, so then I added more adhesive to the 1st one I'd initially gotten to set, but wanted a tighter fit. It's a 20 minute process from start to finish. The timer goes off, I "release" them with my bottom teeth and from the top of the adhesive - not pulling on the fang itself (as per the instructions), and OF COURSE, the adhesive stuck to my teeth and the fang popped right off. WASTED $30 when all is said and done. Actually, more than that because now I'm going to have to go buy denture adhesive and hope it holds. And BTW, my tongue is still stinging /tingling from that chemical mixture. Gag! SO DISSATISFIED!!!

Great For Becoming A Vampire Overnight
These fangs are the perfect finishing touch to take any costume to a whole new level of realism and spookiness. One of the things I love most about these fangs is their customizability. They come with an easy-to-use molding kit that allows you to create a personalized fit for your teeth. This ensures that they stay securely in place throughout the night and feel comfortable to wear. The molding process was straightforward, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The quality of the fangs is exceptional. They are made from high-quality materials that not only look realistic but also feel sturdy and durable. I was impressed by the attention to detail, which adds to the authenticity of the fangs. Another great feature of these fangs is their size. As someone with a smaller mouth, finding fangs that fit comfortably has always been a challenge. However, the small size of these fangs was a perfect fit for me, and I didn't experience any discomfort while wearing them. Once the fangs were in place, I was amazed by how realistic they looked. The small details, such as the slight translucency and sharp points, made them look like genuine vampire fangs. They instantly elevated my vampire costume and received many compliments from friends and fellow partygoers. What sets these fangs apart from others on the market is their ease of use and natural appearance. They don't hinder speech or breathing, which allows me to fully immerse myself in my character. Additionally, they are reusable and can be stored safely in the provided case for future use. In conclusion, the fangs are a must-have accessory for anyone looking to enhance their Halloween costume or cosplay experience. The custom fit, realistic appearance, and comfort make them stand out from other fangs available. Whether you're dressing up as a vampire, werewolf, or any other creature, these fangs will add that perfect touch of authenticity and give you a mesmerizing, fearsome look. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to up their costume game and make a lasting impression.

great look; horrible taste
the fangs look really good and are a perfect match to my teeth color, so they dont stand out at all. its difficult to close my mouth but thats because i have an overbite so thats more an issue with my mouth than the actual product. my one issue is that they have an absoluetly horrible taste that doesnt go away even after drying and washing them. its an overwhelming taste of something like nail polish; incredibly chemically and it makes them very difficult to wear for long periods of time.

They fit!
I'm a shorter than average adult female with a small mouth and small teeth. Finding prepackaged caps that would fit me has always been kind of pot luck. Unless you are shilling out the money to go to a dentist and get dental grade caps, your stuck with guess-timating the size you need, and hoping for a fit. Most of the ones I've tried over the years have been too big, even the supposed child size teeth. I picked up the Scarecrow caps based off the reviews, and the price. Given how much luck I've had with these things I do my best to not pay a whole heck of a lot for a set that will end up in the trash if they don't fit. These were reasonably priced, so I figured I'd give them a shot. They arrived quickly, well in time for Halloween, and I set to work getting them fitted like the instructions say. I recommend reading the instructions completely before using them. The molding material smells horrible and doesn't taste all that good either, however, it worked exactly like the instructions said it would, and set up like the instructions said. I always like it when instructions and results actually correlate to said instructions. The fit was good, and I was looking forward to using them on Halloween. The day I wore them, I realized I probably needed to add more molding material to get the fit perfect, because they were a bit loose, however, a bit of fixodent and everything was good thought. I mentioned I have a small mouth, so I actually only have one complaint about this product; they were still slightly too large. I had raw spots on my upper lip from where the caps rubbed. Mind you, I was in them for over fourteen hours and that might still be a part of it. I did have a slight lisp while wearing them, but it wasn't highly apparent, which is good since I do over the phone support. Overall this was a good product at a decent price. I was very pleased and they were the crowning touch to my Halloween costume.
