Optimum NutritionCreatine Powder, Unflavored, 600 Gram

I started using Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine about 6 months ago largely based on positive experiences with their other products. Excellent price and the results are as expected. I've used several other brands of creatine over the years. Usually with the same positive results and side effects (you don't really want to know...).My only complaint is even though it is "micronized" there is sometimes graininess in that last swallow, so it's not all dissolving.

Dissolves easily a little gritty.

Lasting longer than anticipated so it’s worth the money, been taking it everyday same time and definitely worth buying.

My husband loves this stuff and says it really works, we couldn’t find a spoon on the inside so just used a scoop we already had. Taste and quality good.

Good brand, much needed supplement to keep up with my workout.

I've been trying several brands of keratin and I think I like this one the most. A friend gave me one and I loved it so I decided to order another because I really liked the results. The fact that it's flavorless is a plus for me.

I love this product. It has so many benefits but my favorite is how well it helps me sleep and how well rested I feel in the morning. It’s tasteless. I mix it with water at night.
