Question 1

Ordered and it came with no seals (outside or inside).  Is this how the package is supposed to be?

I’ve ordered this product directly from The Body Shop and they shipped it to me with NO seal. Also all the other body butters I’ve purchased at the store also have no seal. I’ve never purchased one from them that was sealed. Actually if I were to receive one with a seal I would question if it’s really from them as they have never sealed the product.

Is this supposed to be applied while wet? I was rubbing it in so long that I thought it was supposed to be applied while dry.

Body butter should be applied on dry skin. Massage onto skin and allow to sink in before dressing. Shea body butter is one of our best moisturizers, it takes a bit longer to sink in!
