On any USA 110 v item like the refill plug you would need the 220v to 110v adapter that should be available at your electronic store.

A little goes a long way. Smells amazing, and even dialling down to 1-3 intensity fills a large room with gorgeous aroma. Highly recommended, lasts about 3-5 weeks, depending on level of intensity selected.

Love the smell

Love the smell of these and got them at a decent price, even compared with cheaper high street shops. Not sure if it's me getting used to them or not, but the scent didn't seem to last as long as the liquid. After it reached half way used, I could hardly smell it anymore.
