Q: Do this coat run small, big, or regular??mackage x small fit me big, so trying to get an idea if this x small will fit right.

This coat runs small in my opinion. I usually wear an extra small, in most women's coats, but can wear a small and have a little extra room. With this, I ordered the small and it fit perfectly. The extra small never would have fit. Unfortunately, since I have never tried on a Mackage, I can not compare to that brand.

Q: If I wear a size 18 can I fit a 3x in this coat?

I would get a 1x the 3x is more for someone who is a size 22/24

Q: Does it fit true to size?

For me no. I wear my coats very close fitting and I am a true medium. had was to buy large and It fits perfect. My advice is to buy a size up.
