Ordered at midnight, came at 2pm. That’s service.I had a Chinese copy box that bricked, no support, no one to contact, it wasn’t even good quality, I had a look for a new box.This box is fantastic, easy to use, excellent quality, apps work!!! Updates work, everything works, can’t rate the service, quality or supply highly enough, would recommend this box to everyone

We recently found this box after a tidy up. It was initially bought for Xmas last year. When I connected it all up and switched it on it said "boot" on the front of the box in blue. The remote would not respond and the box has no reset button. I left the box on all evening and it remained stuck on "boot".After reading some online guides I tried inserting a straw, then a pin into the AV port to force a reset and enable me to re-load the firmware. Nothing happened. Today I got a friend to remove the casing and examine the unit and it has no reset button anywhere, at all.

It's decent for the price. It can run a tiny bit slow from time to time and the remote is also a tiny bit sluggish to respond sometimes. Overall, if you're working within a budget, it's pretty good.

This box does what it says it does.Alot of the other ones only produce 720p which is a con.This one is really smooth and easy to use.

Look it does what it says but after having 2 as the android doesn’t update and security is an issue I’ve just bought a tablet instead

Bought this for a xmas present for my niece. Due to my recent ill health I was unable to set it up for her until yesterday 06/04/19. Box hadn't been open up until yesterday. Put a build onto no problem but after force closing the app then opening it up again it reboots for a few seconds then freezes. Tried everything to get it working. Pressing the reset button then putting in the power cable while still pressing the reset button but can't get it buy the T9 start up screen. Remote does nothing. Very unhappy with this product

I bought this Android TV box thinking I could connect a controller with a microphone to it and use it with the apps one would usually use on a box, I.E. Netflix, news apps, ted, whatever.The weird OS which is present on this device is not fit for use with a control, seeming to require a mouse for easy navigation. Also, Netflix does not work at all on it. I am not sure why it is worth buying a 60 pound device to treat like a small computer that doesn't support apps which seem like the only reason to buy an Android TV box . The WiFi also seems extremely slow and spotty, where my other devices work fine on this Wifi this box is unable to stream video effectively even from YouTube. Maybe other people can find reasons to use this box for other things, but if you mean to just use it to watch streaming media, I can't see what value it has. And definitely don't expect Android TV OS features like voice control to work - they simply do not work on this hacked down O.S.There are also several versions of this product floating around Amazon when I was searching, which makes me think they may be dodging bad reviews - the device seems a bit scammy to me, unless I am missing something.

Great tv & turns a normal tv into a smart tv with full internet access fully recommend this product & also recommend buying the remote control that comes as a further customer recommendation (Rii i8s) so u get the best out of ur box. The T9 box is tiny & could easily stick onto ur TV even if u have it hanging in the wall
