AMAZED! DAZED! and CRAZED!
Wow, what a LOVELY LITTLE ( don't blame the mfg for this - if you do not read the capacity-it's small) BUNDT pan! Made home-made apple-spice cake in it; used PAM, and this was the SMOOTHEST release of any cake I've ever made - stick or non-stick bakeware. I noticed that this one had NO SEAM where the tube joined the funnel area too, but I will make sure it is dried thoroughly - so no rust can get in any crevice. I used a heavy batter (I only use olive oil), thick with chunky apples, and raisins, and this entire cake lifted right out. I am impressed for days over this. Going to order 3 more - holiday baking will be very easy. YES this is TINY, but tiny in a good way. Today I'm going to make another apple cake -and will freeze these-- I did not halve the recipe as the remainder went into muffin tins as I planned----for some cold rainy October day to come. The design was clear on the upside down part, and for us - no icing. But for holidays, I may do a light drizzle-glaze depending on what I make. I THINK this lovely pan would make the most wonderful heavy-type pumpkin breads, and spice-cakes. How about a deep dish devil's food chocolate cherry cake? Served with "red cherry lava sauce" in the center for dessert? Or, "chocolate lava sauce?" I can think of many things that would be a terrific recipe. It would make a great gift, too but definitely get one or two for yourself. I say two - because when I bake - I will freeze one for another date. Best Cake Pan, ever! BUY IT!

Great Product!
I was always disappointed with baking in my Instant Pot because all recipes call for pressure cooking cakes. Cakes should not have blonde, soft exteriors. :(Also, I'm not a fan of cakes that are the size of baked goods that look like they were made in a Kenner Easy-Bake Oven. This Angel Food Cake Pan is just the right size for baking in the 8 QT, Instant Pot DuoCrisp!. I can use the Crsip Lid and the BAKE setting to bake real, "normal" sized cakes! The pan is sturdy and very easy to clean. The ease of cleaning is due to the "Food-grade Silicone coating" (as mentioned in the product description). I've used this pan twice now to bake bundt cakes, and the bits of cake batter that bake within the crevice between the inner tube and the outer pan (where they join) flake off easily leaving no baked on residue behind. These pans are hand wash only, but that's not a problem because of the silicone coating. Mild detergent and a soft sponge do the job efficiently, with no scrubbing needed. (When cleaned per manufacturer's instruction, you can see that the silicone is still intact, because water beads up on the surfaces when you rinse.)I'm very pleased with the Angel Food pan, and I plan to buy more of this brand to use specifically in my Instant Pot DuoCrisp. (I also bought the Pullman Loaf Pan for bread, but I haven't used it yet.)VERY pleased with this product!

They are almost perfect!
These pans were almost perfect for making my Christmas bubble bread recipe. The only issue I had was removing the bread from the pans. However, I think I might have a fix. If the pans were two piece, I think they would be perfect. Thank you!

Perfect size
I got this for someone as a gift. They were very pleased with the size and quality of the pan. It enables them to make a half recipe of many of their favorite cakes that call for a tube pan.

Great pans with multiple uses
I originally ordered 3 sets of 4 pans and we used them to make bunt cakes as a gift for dads on fathers at church. The bunt cakes cooked evenly and came out of the pans easily (with and without using flour after greasing the pans with crisco). The mini bunt cakes were liked so well that I ordered an additional 6 sets (24) pans to use for future fund raisers. The pans will be used not only for cakes but sweet breads, mini meat loafs, jello molds and more. The pans turned out to be a very good investment.

Great quality pans
These little pans are great! They are thick and sturdy, very nice quality. I got them for use in my little sweet shop and used them for the first time for a coffee cake filled and nearly overflowing with streusel. I was nervous that the cakes would stick even with a coating of Baker's Spray (nonstick spray with flour) - as experienced with so many pans - and not be sellable. Happy to say they came out easily and completely in tact (tip: remove cakes while still warm!), looking adorable and delicious! They sold quickly. Now that I've tested them and see how well they work, I will be getting more so I can make many cakes at a time! They were also super easy to clean and stack for compact storage.

WAY too small
I'm sure it's a nice pan, but I made the mistake of not paying attention to the measurements. It's much too small to use for an angel food cake. My own fault. I returned it without even opening it up.
