I was looking for a B complex specifically with the right amount of Vit B12, I take metformin for PCOS and I read that it depletes vit B12. I started getting all the symptoms of B12 deficiency, I had achy joints and tired all the time. After taking this I felt great! more energy no joint pain, really great!I choose this brand because it was the only one I could find with the right combination of B12, I read its the best.Will def recommend, great product, sad that its out of stock now.

I like this form of B Complex because it is made directly from food with no added preservatives or filler. Also, it does not have an after taste like other B complex vitamins I have used in the past.

Took awhile to receive because not supplied by prime member. I can not say yet that it is making that much difference, because it seems I am urinating most of it out in the toilet. Vitamins are tricky. You really do have to have all the other correct components present in your diet to absorb everything correctly. Still in the learning curve on this one, for my body. However, I still do like this product, because of the real food sources of the vitamin, and continue to use for it that reason, knowing I am still getting at least most of what I am taking into the cells.

This is the best natural b complex I have used. Most B complex vitamins is rushed through your body with very little being absorbed however this B complex is absorbed in your body and your urine doesn’t come out as bright yellow-orange as others which shows that it is a better quality. I was told by an herbalist to include vitamin C when I take this to maximize absorption as well and I plan to do so. This is a great brand I use other vitamins from them too.

Update: product is usda organic shortage in capsules caused the no usda labelI ordered this product thinking the product was certified USDA Organic product based on the photo. The photo is misleading. The bottle I received does not have any USDA organic label. Do not fall for this lie!!! I added picture so you can see for yourself! Only noticed it after I finished the bottle and was throwing it away!

This must be very potent, because if I don't eat or drink enough with it, with my breakfast, I get a really bad niacin flush!I can't take statins or even red yeast rice because they attack my tendons, and I have high cholesterol, so I'm hoping the niacin in it helps with that, besides all of the B vitamins helping my nervous system.

Love these vitamins!They assimilate so well with my body. No digestion issues at all. One thing, though: Do not use the flip top cap. Unscrew the whole cap. The flip is fragile and breaks off and then the bottle is not air tight!
