I’ve bought Capella for years. Their flavors areAll spot on. I add to frostings, love it to flavor yogurt, water without add the extra sugars.

Takes way more to flavor anything than a few years ago. The flavor is too subtle and tastes more artificial than before.

Capella quality flavor lievs up to their reputation. True blueberry flavor.

I got this to try to duplicate the Dunkin blueberry matcha latte. It does a pretty good job. You truly only need 1-2 drops for a large drink. The flavor is good and it smells like blueberry (I had tried another brand of flavoring that smelled absolutely awful). I like that I only need a tiny amount to get the flavor I want, so the little bottle will last a long time. It adds a very subtle sweetness, but nothing overpowering

Smells kind of weird, taste is good but not as good as the more expensive brands but overall good

Ordered a few flavors, some came with good dates, the blueberry one came expired and has a note which states it expires a year from the date, which still would put it as expired goods. Cant return or get a replacement, R.I.P.

I see another review for this product says it does not taste like real blueberries. Well, the only thing that taste like real blueberries is the actual fruit itself. I think this stuff is a pretty good approximation, and my husband certainly seems to think it fits the bill for his blueberry agave syrup. And it doesn't have alcohol, or any sweetener- a plus !
