PhysioWorld Pilate Double Handle Resistance Ring

Really useful bit of kit to add an extra dimension to pilates exercises. Good, strong and lightweight at a great price. Nothing to find fault with at all. Absolutely love this piece of equipment, great for a variety of exercises.

I have to say I am absolutely delighted with this product. I do Pilates in a group, but on days I don't go, I can still get a bit of a workout at home and this helps me work both hard to get areas (inner thighs!) and to add a bit of a challenge to basic exercises.It's not extremely resistant like some rings out there, but is certainly challenging enough for me. It is definitely durable as I have taken it to task on many occasions. Very lightweight!

Not easy to use for between thigh resistence squeezes for pelvic floor strengthening.

This resistance ring is well made, and extremely versatile for working more or less the entire body. The only thing missing is that it would have been good to receive instructions and suggested exercises to do with the ring. Nothing written on the box either. For in fact it was fine as I knew how to use the ring, but I'm sure many don't. But there are many video's on the internet on its usage.

Does the job well when using equipment at home. Seems to be robust enough for the exercises I do but will see how hard wearing it is for the future. Would recommend.

Very suprised at the quality of this product, I thought as it was a considerably lower price than most it might not be such high quality.It is ecellent value for money and easily matches the standard of others I have looked at and it better than some.Would definately reccomend to anyone.

Love this product - I've had it a while now and it's lasted well in fact there's hardly any sign of damage (except where I knocked it myself - but that was me being by careless not the product!) it came in the time it said it would and it's great for all the excercises I like to do :)

I've been using this resistance ring for good few months now. It's quite a strong one and certainly does the job if one knows how to use it properly. I can only recommend it to every Pilates fan :)
