Is this supposed to be used for each speaker into the speaker Jack parallel input?

I believe that is correct. I have a blown Behringer modeling amp that has two 12" Alnico speakers. I wanted to try a line out from my Vox MV50 AC 50-watt Hybrid Tube Head and my son told me to order this, which he then hooked up for me. I will forward your question to him for confirmation, but I believe that the two connections are 1 for each speaker
