Works well, a bit expensive
This is does really well at pulling out moisture and holding it in. The packing will be very wet but nothing else will. It's a little abrasive but not to the extent of causing much irritation. This was recommended by the surgeon and I have been packing their wound in a spot that sees lots of motion and rubbing while also not having a chance to air out very well. Their wound has been steadily closing with daily changing of this packing.

Wish I had pictures of the gauze but trust me this is legit
They are as pictured and got the job done. Bought this for my grandfather for him to be able to replace the gauze on his wound. Go figure the hospital did not give him enough gauze for the days his wound needed to dress his would and then refused to take our phone calls in order for him to get more of the thing that was told he needed so we went on Amazon and searched for gauze and wouldn’t you know this popped up and it saved us a trip during a winter storm.
