Easy and great to use

These are extremely absorbent and least likely to leak.They seem to have more or more resilient elastics....which keeps fluid in without being toostight.Fairly near perfect.

I've tried many different brands of disposable underwear as a caregiver to a male. These were okay for daytime but not for over night.

I buy these for the night time wear for my mother in law. A friend in assisted living recommended them. My MIL urinates thru the night without getting up or realizing it. These hold with no leaks. And based on how heavy they are when she takes them off they really hold. They are expensive but worth the price for zero leaks

These have the highest capacity and best absorption of any product I have used, especially for overnight.

Have tried several brands. These are the best. Have been buying them for 2 or 3 years.
