THIS THING SUCK'S
When I BOUGHT THIS IT WAS WORKING VERY WELL FAR PAST MY EXPECTATION AND RECENTLY I BELIEVE A WINDOWS 10 UPDATE OR DUE TO MAJOR FLAWS I COULD NOT GET THIS THING TO WORK. When I BACK LOGGED INTO Amazon ACCOUNT THERE WAS A VIDEO THAT WORKED BETTER THAN THE INSTRUCTIONS. Now THIS GAME CONTROLLER DESPITE ALL OF MY EFFORTS REUSED TO WORK ON WIFI OR PLUGGED INTO MY COMPUTER. I AM RETURNING THIS TOMORROW AND BUYING SOMETHING THAT IS RELIABLE.UPDATE AS OF 7. 22. 2019 MONDAY: The previous game controller at least paired with my computer and lasted around 7 month's this control I just bought is even more useless so I am assuming the one bought previously was a dud. I will re- buy the old one and see if that was the problem. As a result of my difficulties with the new controller I am updating my rating to 4 stars. Just to let you know it will only work for about 8 months which is better than not working at all even on windows 7 and windows 10.

WARNING PC Owners
This product is unclear. The package does not have the 2.4Ghz wireless receiver required for it to work with Windows. Bluetooth will not work, nor does USB Wired. There is no functional way to make this packaged product function with Windows anything even though the product states "Support PC Windows XP / 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10/Vista" right in the "About the product" setting.

Misconfigured knockoff
The buttons aren't configured correctly and thus don't operate the way you need them to. Holding the button merely activates a rapid series of repeated presses rather than a real hold. its a cheap knock off and waste of money. Do not buy.
