We’ve been using the Milton 1 Litre Vacuum Flask regularly for both hot drinks and cold drinks. We had a smaller size flask but had to upgrade it for our trip to Europe. We mainly used it for storing hot water and coffee, it performed consistently well during the trip.The build quality is solid—it feels sturdy in hand, it's not light, and has a practical design. I think the stainless steel body is resistant to dents and scratches, and the lid doubles as a cup, which is a convenient touch.The flask is easy to open and close, and the leak-proof seal has held up well over time. Also, the flask comes with a pouch so it's very easy to carry around. The colour is grey and looked like a standard flask.In terms of performance, it kept drinks hot for 12+ hours, which is ideal for day trips. We’ve tested it with boiling water in the morning, and it’s still hot by late afternoon. It also works well for keeping cold drinks chilled, making it versatile across seasons.Cleaning is straightforward—wide enough opening for a bottle brush, but because it's quite long and a little difficult to clean the bottom of the flask. The 1-litre capacity is generous without being bulky, striking a good balance between portability and volume.

Got the flask for night feed for my baby, water stays hot for 7hours +. It’s difficult to clean with limescale build up.

This flask is easy to use and has a flip up/down nozzle for easy pouring and clicks in place after use, thus helps to keep the drink hotter for longer as it lessens the time for the drink to be exposed to the cold, and the screw on cap is a nice size too. I highly recommend the flask for hot drinks eg coffee, it stayed drinkable for 9 plus hours from filling with coffee(soon as boiled). Just to note most flasks I have come across say that they keep drinks hot for upto 24 hours, this is not the case and is laughable, however for this flask, for a day out this is good enough to not have to worry about the drink going cold too soon. It would have been even better if the cap had some grippy rubber as they are hard to take off if its on too tight!!. Using this flask is mess free pouring. Easily recommended for outdoor use and comes with a zipped bag for the flask.

Was originally pleased with this product, seems good quality- BUT - the flip-lid has a very strong plastic smell. I have washed it numerous time, and used a soft brush as recommended for cleaning, the smell taints the coffee/tea, rendering it un drinkable, so I won't be using the flask again. I have contacted manufacturer/ supplier and have yet had no reply. Very disappointed with both the product and post purchase service.8th July 2025 .Still no response from seller, might as well have thrown my money away. Definitely would not recommend.2nd August 2025No response from seller/manufacturer. I have tried numerous ways to get rid of the plastic smell, soaked the flip lid, made a paste of bicarbonate of soda, etc. Nothing worked so flask has just gone in the bin, what a waste of money. I have given up on waiting for a response.Customer service non existent.

Flask keeps water hot for several hours. It’s perfect for making my babies bottles when out and about. Really happy with it and great value!
