I have always had trouble lifting the turkey out of the pan. This has a handled metal rack, which made this so easy to lift out, and carefully place on a platter-all in one piece! Love it!

Pan is a good size but scratches very easily

Easy clean-up, easy to handle, and inside grill works perfectly for certain meals. I threw away my black with with spotted turkey pan for good!

The roasting pan is well built except for the coating that is on it. The Non Stick came off the metal. I will still use pan but will line the bottom of pan with foil to make sure no coatings come off in juice which may be used in gravy or ?

I bought this pan for my wife, she has used it three times since the purchase. As you can see this pan is peeling bad. I thought I was buying a quality product. What a big disappointment!

The roasting pan is very nice size for really big roast or turkey. I like the way they made floating rack to rest on the pegs sticking from the sides. I think it will help to keep finish on the bottom of the pan intact - my old ones would eventually get scratches and teflon will peel off where the rack stands in the pan. I tried to find which kind of coating the pan has, but it did not say anything about it on the box, nor on their website.The pan is or respectable thickness, but not as thick as the pictures lead me to believe - it has rolled edge that adds to the visual perception of how thick it is. There is no extra thickness on the bottom, but this is perfectly fine since it is intended for oven, not stove top.
