Latin Percussion LP389 Fiber Maracas

Well made with a bright, crisp sound.

These are incredibly loud and will surely cut through just about any band accompaniment, but they actually hurt my ears when practicing. I'm still giving this instrument five stars because of the excellent build quality and ease of play due to the perfectly round spheres. Great purchase for me, but I think I'll add some rawhide maracas to my collection for a more subtle sound.

These maracas are fantastic! They cut really well through a full band, and have a nice crisp sound. Easy to control when you are playing fast and hard, but a little hard to control in quiet gigs.... To have nice loud natural wood fuller sonding pair of marcas go for the Toca Hand Painted Maracas These have a very natural, non plastic sound to them, and they have a great look. More volume and presence than a shaker, but not overbearing like those huge LP's non natural sounding pair.

Tienen un stacatto bastante preciso y seco, además de potente .Cabe decir q son pesadas y para estudio demasiado sonoras,solucionable poniendole unas gomas en la bola para matar los picos estridentes

初めてマラカスを購入。商品の良し悪し、自分に合ったものは何か等々、全くわからないまま、デザインでこれを選びました。人が振っているのを見ていると簡単そうだったけれども、ラテン音楽に合わせてやってみると、これがなかなか難しい。世の中そうそう簡単にいくことはありませんね！楽しみながら練習していきます。
