I LOVES THIS CAMERA!!
I thought I lost my camera, while on vaca. I order a replacement, because am use to burning on a dvd. I found my camera, and now I have two.I plan use both of them in rotation, while the other is finalizing.

Completely defective
Worst product ever. It won’t even turn on. Nothing from that system seems to be functional. The DVD slot won’t open. The camera won’t turn on. A waste of time to return it too all the way to Newark and on taxi to the Amazon ground, difficult to find drop off office in the Amazon drop. No label or indication where the office is located in the building. It costs $40 on taxi to find that place and locate the office to drop it in person.

Disappointed
Camera is perfect for what it’s supposed to do. Just outdated. I have a Mac and I couldn’t get the videos recorded on the discs to download properly. I also had also requested a new battery because the one I got was dead. They said they were going to mail me a new one but never did

IT'S DIGITAL AND RECORDS IN STEREO
This SONY product records any memory you like and creates a small dvd you can play on most dvd players in STEREO! I'm surprised these dvd camcorders weren't as popular as they should have been. No, they're not in HD but are very good in standard definition. Think of it as DVD instead of VHS. Get the picture.

I have only used the recorder twice since receiving it. What I do not like is the size of the battery, big and bulky. I do like the easy to use features of the recorder.
