What power plug do I buy?

it use normal PC power plug,do you have computer?

Is this ESD grounded?

No these are not chassis grounded and the tip isn't grounded. It sends enough noise from the power supply out the tip to light up an led if the led has a path to earth ground. It's a pretty easy mod to ground this unit yourself but it should have been grounded from the factory. Shame on the seller for saying it's grounded when it's not. I've got a video covering this mod on my YouTube channel fixeduntilbroken

Is it compatible with T15 tips?

Yes it is, T12 and T15 are the same tips just named differently for different regions. With T15 being for the Americas.
