Not for people with arthritis or carpal tunnel
You must constantly hold on button down and slide forward. It is a huge bulky button. Do not buy if you have carpal tunnel or arthritis. Update. No heat after 2 times of use but their customer service department exceeded my expectations.

Great cleaning product! I love this product and tell everyone about it. I can cut back my use of chemicals, plus it works. I've been addicted to cleaning now for over a week! It's fun. I love the flexible neck hose!! The pressure is like no other I used it to steam my kitchen floor and it did an excellent jpb. I had never had my floor so clean it was awesome.

This steamer was unpacked and was in a shambles. I plug it in and it doesnt work.Was shipped in the box the machine cane in with no exterior packaging whatsoever.I turn ut over and the base is cracked.Did not include measuring cup, and smaller pieces after I inventoried parts list!Trash, do not buy this.It was shipped from China apparently and poorly made, with inferior parts.

Very strong!
This product looks cheaply made, but it works much better than you would think. The air blasts the steam out of the main handheld device so strongly that I was able to get some things that I couldn't scrub very well. I'm so glad I got this product!

Did not work properly
When I first received the product I plugged it in and it would not turn on. I just received the replacement today. I followed the directions to the letter filled it up turned it on and started to use it. It then it started to leak, shut off, and will no longer turn on.

Steam Cleaner
I bought this product to help clean out my oven; It was a large mess after the holidays. I tried everything to clean the oven, but the only thing that really helped was the power of steam. I have since used the steam cleaner on my floors which gets pretty dirty in the winter months. Nevertheless, the steamer did the trick. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a chemical-free way to clean their home.
