BackBaller Foam Roller (Ridged) - Muscle Roller for Deep Pain Relief. Ideal for Runner Cyclist Footballer Athlete

Bought this because I'm becoming obsessed with recovery from triathlon related training. This basically hits all the same parts a normal foam roller would hit in half the time. I'm still messing around with it and have found a lot of uses that you wouldn't be able to do on a normal foam roller.

This is the best back stretcher I have ever used. Most stretchers just get the lower back muscles , this machine does upper back ,shoulder and lower back at the same time. It balances your body weight so you can control where you want relief by rolling up or down to target specific muscle groups. What a great product.

I had high hopes for this product, and it mainly delivered. It does take a fair amount of balance and core strength to get the most out of this unit. My wife says it's just painful and not enjoyable to use. I disagree, and have come to depend upon the Back Baller. I've always had tightness between my shoulder blades, and this does a tremendous job of cracking my back, in a place I've only had relieved at the chiropractor. I take both hands and give myself a bear hug, pulling my upper back open, slowly roll from neck to tailbone and bam, 10-30 cracks which loosen me up in seconds. I've also used it on thighs and calves and that works well too. I'll use this for years to come, and glad I found it. Price is about at the top end of what I'd expect to pay, though.

The rollers are a bit too hard and I feel the whole peice should be larger, it’s too low to the ground. A fun thing would to be able to attach it to the wall and do this standing but in the ground with gravity this is very painful and I can’t make myself do it more than once. I am returning. It’s not what I expected.

Love this product. So much better than conventional foam roller. Especially for back or hard to roll areas like calf and shin.
