The box was open, biscuits were all broken and slightly stale to the taste - not good

They were exactly what I was expecting - the box arrived crushed on one side but the contents were intact.

Fraud. Box was opened and stuck together with sticky tape, Packets had dirt on them and the bottom of the box has dirt in them. Straight in the bin.

Received my item and it was already open. See pics. And when I went to report, it said that this item is not eligible for return or reporting, so buyer beware here. Not cool. Not cool.

The box was a smashed mess but the contents where good.

Purchased end of Oct 2020, and received product within a few days- except product expiration date is Mar 2020, so outdated by seven months! Was going to be a present for someone, now can't give that as a gift. Seller had to have known the item was out- dated and wouldn't be a fresh product, as the date is printed very large on side of box. Disappointing.

This product arrived damaged and the box was completely open. It is not eligible for return so now I'm stuck with something that I don't feel comfortable consuming.
