Pathetic service from amazon
The product claimed to work with Samsung TV, however on receiving the remote did not work. We followed the instructions regarding the product but still it did not work. There was no option to return the product and replacement if the same product was the only option. There was no way to connect with Amazon customer service, all we got was links to possible answers. I ordered for replacement and the product was never deliveredSurprisingly amazon claims order was delivered. I have given up, it's a loss of 300 rs
