Amazon Essentials Women's French Terry Fleece Jogger Sweatpant (Available in Plus Size)

I bought two pairs of basic black sweats for hanging around the house this winter. I love the quality and price of these Amazon Essential sweats. They're definitely well-constructed, and they arrive quickly..I've got a large hiney and am always aware of that when I buy pants - so I ordered a size 5x hoping they'd be roomy enough for casual lounging. I took them from their clear plastic packaging bags when they arrived and held one up. It seemed very large and, honestly, I thought that if *this* fit my butt, I'd better do more walking..Trying one on I realized that it was, indeed, enormous. Almost comically so. (First time in a long while I put a pair of pants on and didn't have to wonder if they'd still be comfy in four hours.) I kept them on for a while, pulling the drawstrings tight while recognizing that the fabric - front and back - was all bunched up. I really wanted them to work..But they did not. They were quite simply far too large to keep. Reopening Amazon I began the return process, and when asked if I wanted to replace these two, I chose 'yes' and clicked on size 3x sweatpants. Sadly, there are no size 3x sweats left. At least not in black. Oh, I could get burgundy, charcoal heather, or navy heather - but I want black. So we'll see, I guess.The takeaway: THESE ARE HUGE!Buy accordingly.

I will start by saying I will definitely buy these again. That’s not the issue. They are comfortable and warm. I could do without the drawstring. I am 5’1” and bought 1x. when I sit down, they almost come to the top of my socks so for a taller person this could be a problem. Because of the ribbing around the ankle and the tapering on the leg, possibly they were going for a boot cut? - Makes them very unflattering but I bought mine for gardening, so I’m fine with that. I will say it fit exactly to size, but I tend to like things a little sloppier when I’m just gonna wear them only at home or outside, so I might go a size up next time. Good quality well-made especially for the price, would buy them again, but not flattering for those who care. Perhaps on a taller thinner person, it would look different. But I like them!

I walk about 2 miles every a.m. and for many years now during the cold weather I have been wearing a pair of my son's sweatpants that he wore in middle school (he's now 50!) I decided it was time to buy a new pair and I'm so glad I ordered these. I couldn't decide if I should buy small or medium but finally opted for small and they fit perfectly. I am 5'0" and weight 133. They are very soft and comfortable and fit just right in the stride and sit at my waist. They are the perfect length for me and hit right at my ankle. I was really surprised at the quality and the feel of the fabric. They are not only good for walking/exercising but I will definitely be wearing these to run errands, visit friends, etc. I just hope they will last as long as the ones I've been wearing and that were worn by my son before me! I highly recommend these for the quality, the comfort, and the price.

I'm 5'2 and wear a 20. I got these in 2xl. I'm fairly happy with my purchase, but they look weird on. It feels like there's a lot of extra fabric in the crotch/front of the thigh area, and some of the seams are oddly bulgy in places. The ankle cuffs hit me at a good place, but I'm also very short! If you were much taller it may be an issue.That said, they are VERY soft and VERY warm! They're comfortable to wear, and the waist fits nicely and sits at a good place. The fabric seems thick and substantial. I bought these to wear at home, and they work well for that. If you're prioritizing comfort over looks, these are good pants for you :P

The quality on these are great and the pockets are nice but they definitely run on the larger side. For comparison I’m 5’5 and weigh around 155lbs and carry most of my weight in my mid section. I ordered size large. The length is okay, slightly on the longer side, but the main issue with sizing is in the waist. There’s a lot of extra fabric in the front and extra space in the waist even with the drawstring pulled tight. I’m not sure if they will shrink a bit in the wash. I purchased three pair and ended up returning two. I’ll update if the pair I kept show any shrinkage after being washed and dried. Overall I recommend the product, just be mindful of the sizing.

These are really cute, warm pants, but the sizing on them is really weird. I got an xlarge, I usually wear large-xtra, but these are smaller, or tighter in the legs, but huge in the waist. They fit pretty good in the legs, seeming pretty true for x-large, and if I would of gone with a large they might of been too small in the legs, but the waist probably would of been much better. The waist seems to be closer to a 2x. So I'm going to keep them and try to sew the waist to fit a little better. They still are pretty nice, especially for the price, and super comfortable.

Purchased grey and blue pants in size small. I'm 5' 1" and weigh 137 pounds currently. Love, love the pants as they are well constructed, with good material and even stitching, and as they are soft inside, warm, but not hot, feel very comfortable, and look cute. They fit me well everywhere except for the length, which just barely hits just at or a tiny bit above my ankles when I am barefooted. I'll probably just wear them inside the house. These pants need to be 1" longer so that they would be a better fit for the petite persons who would order them. I would rate these pants with 10 stars if their length was more appropriate.

Depending on what you’re looking for, you may need to size up or at size.I ordered a size up (M) than what was suggested to make mine a bit more loose. In doing so, the legs were longer, the pants MORE loose (but still more snug), and the waist was much larger than expected. Easy enough to fix with the tie drawstring, but I wish the overall dimensions were a bit better. I wish the inseam was shorter and the length longer at least to the ankles/past the ankles.That being said, they are comfortable and medium warmth. Just what I was looking for with the fabric/warmth.

I am a size 18 and only 5ft. These actually fit with plenty of room to spare around the waist and tummy. They are extremely thick so you don't see all the wobbly bits and cellulite etc! They are incredibly warm and have pockets which don't stick ro your legs showing through. They are too long for me but luckily they are cuffed so they stay at my ankles. I will however just remove the cuff. You don't need to as I say but I will as I have Cancer and feel even the slightest tightness. I am shocked at the quality and reckon they will be fabulous for winter. I also think the grey came is quite cute and not gangsta wannabe like some you see. Its a soft grey will be wearing with my fluffy pink sweater. Good price when they were at 12pound

So a couple of things. These pants are NOT French terry. They’re a 60/40 blended fleece, still super soft but they have 0 stretch. Fit is a little on the big side so factor that in when you buy. I’m a large and I fit a medium. The pair I bought is defective. Has an unflattering ‘pleat’ on the front rise.

Got these as "comfy" pants for around the house... Super cute... Fit a bit big.. But maybe will shrink after wash. I'm 5'3 and 125 lbs athletic build.. I would Def recommend these pants... Ordered in a couple different coloursEdit: no noticeable change in fit after wash and dry

I was frustrated with paying a fortune for “warm” PJ bottoms so decided I’d try these as an alternative. Winner! They are comfortable for bed, around the house, going to the gym, whatever! They are the ONLY bottoms that keep my legs warm in bed at night when no heating is on. More than a pair of leggings with PJ pants then on top!I am a size 18 in jeans/pants. I am 81kg (178 lbs) and 166cm (about 5”4). I don’t have very large thighs, bum or calves but do have a tummy on me. I got the XL and they are very loose on me around the waist even when I pull the drawstring tight.They are loose enough on my legs to be comfy but again a bit baggy on me. If you have quite large thighs and calves the XL would possibly be just right for you those areas. These are VERY roomy. But as you can try before you buy see what’s good for you. Being a bit tighter may suit you fine.They are very warm with the lovely fleece lining and did I say really comfortable? The fabric is really nice. I got the grey ones and I’ve now just paid for them after trying out (love that option Amazon!). I’ve now ordered 4 more pairs in different colours but I’ve ordered the Large not the XL this time which I think will fit me better (I’ll review those and let you know). I’ve given my two XL pairs to my son (as look unisex) and he’s got really chunky legs, bum and a tummy and they fit him great with a close fit. He loves them (he is 100kg).Being on a budget some colours are cheaper than others so check that out if saving money too!These will do me great through winter as PJ bottoms and loungewear. A double win. Very impressed and better than a lot of Pajama bottoms which are extremely overpriced just now.100% recommend these! Work great with a fleece lined top or hoodie. Just measure yourself if possible against the sizing as everybody is shaped differently.

Die Hose ist toll, weich und passt mir ganz gut. Aber der Stoff zieht Tierhaare magnetisch an. Es ist ja nicht meine 1. Sweathose, die ich besitze. Aber alle anderen sind nicht so "magnetisch" wie diese hier. Einmal hingesetzt, da wo meine Katzen sitzen, und schon sah ich aus, wie eine selbige. Da ich Sweathosen nicht nur zu Hause rum anziehe, sondern auch mal schnell zum Einkaufen damit geh,oder mit dem Hund Gassi, geht das gar nicht! Ich weiss nicht, ob es an der Webart der Oberfläche liegt, auf jeden Fall kann ich für Fusselfeinde keine Empfehlung aussprechen!
