These earplugs HURT. I purchased these to help with sleeping next to a snorer. First: I had a lot of trouble trying to get them into my ears. I am not sure if my ear canals are smaller than I thought, or if these are made with men in mind, but they did not fit at all. I cut them a little to see if that would help: nope. I literally had to wiggle them so hard into my ears that it made them sore.Second: When I finally found a decent way to get them inside my ear canals, I couldn't get them to actually drown out the noise. Uh, isn't that the point? I could hear everything, which makes me think no matter how hard I tried to get them in, they were just too wide. Not off to a great start.Third: once you do finally figure out how to get these annoying little buggers in, they make side sleeping SO. UNCOMFORTABLE aka non-existent. Maybe if you're a back sleeper you could tolerate, but side and tummy sleepers run away! Plus, my boyfriend's snoring kept me awake along with the ear pain I was feeling. Not happy.I got a refund from Amazon thank goodness because the sellers "money back guarantee" was BS and you can't send these back even on prime. I purchased some moldable silicone earplugs and LOVE them. Look for those instead of buying these!

I looooooveeeee these ear plugs. They are so much better and easier to put on than the foam ones and they are environmentally more friendly too because you just wash them and they are good as new. The noise cancelation is pretty awesome as in I don't hear my husband snoring right next to me.The only problem is that my ear canal gets itchy during the night and I keep taking the plugs off in my sleep but I don't think it's because the material in particular, maybe they are just a tad too tight.

Too small for my ears. Tried using them for swimming and sleeping, but they fell out. Will give them away because not worth sending back. I’m an adult woman with what I thought were average size ears but these didn’t work for me.

Foam earplugs never seem to work for me so I ordered these to give them a shot and I was immediately impressed. They block out talking and TV noise from other rooms that keep me up at night when I'm trying to fall asleep. They also don't hurt in your ear if they are inserted right. Highly recommend these if you need relief from noise, especially at night.

These definitely block out my husbands snoring, but they really hurt. To the point where I would wake up in the middle of the night and have to take them out. My ears were even sore the next morning. No go for me.

These fit perfectly in my ears and block out my husband sleeping. They are made just soft enough to be comfortable when I lay on them, but I can still hear my alarm in the morning!

I was extremely surprised at how well these worked. They cancelled out any loud noise on the airplane, my fiance's loud snoring, my noisy family, etc.. try them out!

I'm not sure how these are noise canceling but they aren't. I tried to use them to sleep with a snoring person in my room. Not helpful.
