Spend money to save money !!!
Let me be completely honest - this case saved my laptop’s life. It was a really icy day and I was leaving my house with my backpack on. I slipped on some black ice and fell on my back. I thought my life was over that my 1200 dollar laptop was trashed and immediately thought of the whooping I was going to get. I opened my bag, checked my laptop and saw a little scratch on the part that wasn’t protected by the case and honestly it’s a little lopsided now (it was a hard fall and all my weight fell on that so it could have been a lot worse). This case saved me a lot of headaches and money, I recommend 110%. Wish I didn’t get the purple one though, I got sick of it pretty quickly. Other than that it’s a ridiculously sturdy case and I would buy again!!!
