It stays on, is crazy comfortable, stylish, and you can go anywhere in them. I have a Morton's Neuroma in the ball of my foot, so it is challenging to find sandals that don't constrict across the width of the ball of my foot, yet also aren't a flip flop and require gripping with your toes for them to stay on. I had resolved to buy a pair of Crocs for the ease and slip on-ness and the convenience of a plastic sandal as I am mom, a gardener and live on the coast. Crocs just do not fit me right no matter what size or style, and then these popped up in my amazon suggestions. I just put these to the test on a rocky ocean beach following my 4 year old around, wading, climbing and swimming and not once did I slip, nor my foot slip around in the footbed, nor did I worry that they would come off. And to top it off they look nice enough to wear for almost any occasion, and with almost any outfit. I did order a size down- normally I am a solid size 40 and those were a bit long so I exchanged for the 39 and they are perfect. Also, when ordering somewhere along the line it says that they are narrow width- but this still worked fine for my foot even though I normally need a slightly wider footbed. I bought the anthracite color and they are just gray enough to flatter my fair skin the way true black does not. Couldn't be happier!

Best flip flops I’ve ever owned. Will buy in other colors as well. Soooooooo comfy from day one, you can walk for miles and never feel uncomfortable. These can submerge in water and completely dry with no smell (been to Mexico and Costa Rica in these and got them drenched). They stay on and don’t slip around on your foot. They lift you up just high enough off the ground so you stay out of small puddles etc. ultra lightweight and yet highly durable. Highly recommend.

I love these...love the classic Birks fit, without the high price tag and need for lengthy break in time. They are lightweight and very comfy. The anthracite is a great, neutral color. Super happy with them & wear them a lot (in rotation with my Olukai flip flops!). I do occasionally get the arch fart from the suction against my arch on my left foot, but it's rare and not a big deal. I could see how some individual's arches and this design could be a farty noise problem, though. YMMV.

If you are looking for comfy, waterproof, summer sandals, you have found them! They come in tons of colors and have the same comfort as your leather Birks! I have worn these every day, all summer. They can be dressed up, dressed down, rinsed off, they are my favorite and most comfortable pair of sandals. Can't beat the price either! I think I am going to buy more colors!

I am very happy with this purchase. I was looking for a pair of EVA Arizonas for a trip to Florida, but I needed them fast, so opted to get this style instead since it could ship Prime. I was pleasantly surprised! I've not been crazy about this style before, but I got them in the copper color and it's quickly grown on me. They've got a nice shape like the standard cork birkenstocks and were comfortable to wear all day with 5+ hours on my feet. I wear a 41 regular in standard Birks and ordered the same size in this style; they fit great. My only complaint is that the toe strap is very wide, and towards the end of the day it was rubbing a blister on the top of my big toes. I doubt this material will "break in", so I wouldn't recommend these for all day walking until you've sorted out any blister situations. Great shoes and I highly recommend them!

Seriously the most comfortable shoes ever! I am getting arthritis in my feet and have trouble finding a comfortable pair of shoes. I usually have to rotate every few hours between my Olukai, Keen and Croc sandals in the summertime when my feet start to hurt. Right out of the box I wore these all day long with zero pain! I have worn them just about everyday since and they are great working in the yard, at the pool and even at my casual office. My feet are so happy and I am happy with how cute they are. They are on the large side. I am a 7 and the 7-7.5 were way to big, the 6-6.5 or 37 were perfect.

I pretty much live in these right now. I'm 8.5 months pregnant in the hot summer, my ankles and feet are swelling, but these babies keep on trucking! They support my feet so they don't hurt, they're wide enough for things to sweet and spread out without cutting off circulation, and I love that they're so lightweight and waterproof! Perfect summer shoe, and a life saver when you're pregnant in the hot summer months!

These shoes are so comfortable! I wear a 8-8.5 and ordered a size 38 and they fit perfect! I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and these really help with my foot pain. I have several other pair of Birkenstock shoes and was excited to find a pair I could get wet without having to worry about ruining them. If you are looking for a super comfy pair of sandals that are very very cute I highly recommend grabbing a pair of these!!

Have two pairs of these - one for outside and one for inside. As a vegan it's difficult to find comfortable, well made shoes that are not made of animal skin. Love these.
