good quality mat for floor workouts to protect your floor and provide a bit of cushioning. I use an additional mat on top of it for yoga, core workouts or exercises requiring kneeling.

I am here to sing the praise for these mats. Have you heard the commercial, “we must protect this house.” Well, my commercial for these mats would be, “we must protect these knees.” Yes my knees. I have purchased the size I’m reviewing and a larger size in these mats. Two mats for the size I revealing and two of the larger 8 x 5 mats. I use these mats to cover my concrete garage/gym floor. I turned 1/2 of my garage into my personal gym. And these mats are my knee savers. And not just for kneeling - but for walking! And Heavy cardio. Don’t worry about taking off your tennis shoes/exercise shoes. I’m 60 years of age and my knees appreciate my purchase. These mats are very high-quality and built to last. I did purchase a separate “equipment” mat to place my exercise benches, bike, etc. The Mats I am reviewing - these are Mats for cardio/yoga not equipment. Could be a little thicker. Size is perfect for us taller folks.

I'm 6'2" so I wanted a big mat. I think this is big enough while still being easy enough to role up and put away. The mat isn't very cushioned but I'm doing mostly kettle bell workouts on it and I prefer the stability. It is cushioned enough that if I sit in such a way as my boney ankles are touching then they are comfortable. The mat also seems like it will be very durable. Ive been using it intensively for about 6 weeks and it still looks brand new.

I am grateful for the extra effort, and consideration demonstrated by the person who delivered it to my door. It was actually too heavy for me to carry the distance from the lockers to my apartment. It also came much earlier than the expected delivery date. The mat is sturdy and does not move when I am using it for aerobics. I bought it to protect my rug, and I am pleased that it does not fade on the rug.

Will last years for the average yoga buff.

Was looking for a non slip surface. These mats do just that.

You can tell it’s a decent quality but it’s very firm and not comfortable for bare feet. If I could return it without lifting a finger I would but I’m lazy and it is usable haha.
