What to expect from this purchase
The item was well protected from transit damage and good value as the overall quality was excellent. Fitting kits and instructions included made the installation straight forward.

A nice toilet pan
Nice compact toilet which fits well in our utility room a bit of a cheap seat but good enough for now and easy to replace. The access to the rear of the pan is easy enough to get side drain access but is still not fully open .

Nice design and great price for a Modern Close Coupled WC. Plumbworld sent the wrong toilet seat , a quick call and the next day the correct seat was delivered and the old one collected. Really good after sales service.. the WC looks really nice . It is quite small so if like us you are short of space then this is perfect. It even came with the floor mounting kit. I used a little silicone sealant when fitting the cistern components and on the seal between the cistern and WC. The float valve and flush was already preset so no adjustments needed. The instruction that came with the flush and float valve were pretty poor (Chinese translations I think) but still very easy to fit.. Highly Recommended .

Fits in well with vanity unit and works fine. However make sure cistern lid is inline when flushed...if not it won't refill. Apart from that it works. No leaks so far!
