Shipped loose in a box with no padding of any kind. The lip of the pan was deformed (slight but visibly). The base was still flat and cooks well. Not as robustly constructed as the smaller model.

customer support could be better
the pan arrived with a dent in the edge, which did not affect it's cooking ability but was esthetically disconcerting. The packaging was pristine so it had to have been shipped damaged. I used it for the holidays and in the midst of houseguest etc., the packaging was tossed. So I'm unable to return it in the original package, so I guess I just have to "eat" it.
