Blocks of salt all broken up
Blocks of salt were broken when delivered. Box they were delivered was battered - it looked like it had been dropped. This has never happened before.

None broken and arrived in reasonable time so all good and cheaper buying in multipacks. Fits my softener perfectly

Exactly what I needed, quickly delivered
Refill for my water softener, so critical in a hard water area. This represented very good value, and arrived sooner than I expected. Be careful, as this is a very heavy package!

Disappointing
Never usually have a problem but the blocks had clearly been dropped and they were broken which made using them difficult like a jigsaw.Under normal circumstances I would have returned them but don’t have the time or energy to do this as I am a nurse working through this horrid virus.

Seems like the original product, had no issues with delivery though the package is really heavy. Very professional delivery service
