Thing was rock hard and smelt horrible

I have tried this product as directed and it has little to no negative effect on my workout. I had no jitters and no crash, my stamina maintained throughout my workout. This product comes with a pre-measured scoop and the flavor was very good. I have found that for my system I require more then the recommended dosage of pre-workout but for those that are new to pre-workout I would recommend you give this a try. I chose the orange flavor and I like this flavor. I have been trying to get healthy since the beginning of 2016. This really tastes good. I add a scoop to a bottle of water before my workout and it gives me alot of energy. Pumps you up before workouts, Boosts energy, blood flow, and oxygen transportIncrease endurance, intensity, and alertness. Rich in L-arginine, beta-alanine, and citruline.
