I have, so far, used this twice. It works so well it's unbelievable. You definitely have to start slowly and build up to higher intensity and time. The heat function is a bonus

Ordered this as I have been having back pain that has been stopping me from doing things. It came yesterday afternoon I have used it tea time and this morning. My back pain has really eased up its fantastic I have put it on the lowest setting did hurt on the lower back but it was stretching me I had the heat pad on. This morning no hurting in lower back when doing this today feeling energised. So hoping by using it each day I can get my life back. It may not suit everyone. Used it on the floor yesterday but found it hard to get up and down this morning I put it on the bed worked fine

Didn't come with the correct plug so had to purchase one at £30 from Boots in order to get it to work.Cheaply made product, felt poor quality.Didn'y feel any benefit from using and have returned for a refund.

Bought this for my husband as he really suffers with his back and he was so impressed with it as its eased his back pain also tried it myself makes you feel so relaxed afterwards haven't tried all the settings but leaves you feeling great

Fab product. Had pain in shoulder and neck for 27 years after damaging neck. After a week of sessions could move neck from side to side with no pain - couldn’t believe the result. Shoulder pain all gone. I can get up after a session on this easily - expecting to struggle to get up as I normally would if lying on the floor. For me - amazing - best thing I have ever bought. Even my sciatica has gone after weeks of using it.
