*After using for one month, I'm editing the review from 4 stars to 1 star My son used the watch with replaced buckle and it lasted only for a month. It broke while he was using normally. I have to say it is poor quality compared to the original buckle that lasted for a few years. It is expensive for what it is. I needed to replace a buckle for my son's flick flack watch. I could not find the exact replacement kit for flick flack but this product came up as a kit for Swatch. I purchased 17mm kit and gave a try and it worked for our flick flack. No instructions came in it and it took a little time for me to figure out how to install it and how to use the tool, but eventually I figured out.

It is important to measure correctly to get the exact width needed for your watch. I must have measured correctly because the Plastic Buckle and Silicone Loop fit very well. I got a gray buckle to use with my black watch band. It makes the watch look a little more modern. I did not use the included tool to remove the old buckle -- it did not work for me. And I found it very difficult to get the new buckle installed on my watch band. But, I finally got it installed and it looks great and works well. I recommend this product even though it is difficult to install.

Exactly what I needed, easy to install on my swatch

I have inherited my mother's swatch watch after her death last June. While I love the watch itself, the strap and closure accoutrements are subject to breakage. I have already replace the strap assemblage three times since August, and I am afraid to wear it too often. I would be interested to know if other people have this problem. Perhaps I need to upgrade to a cloth strap; however, my mother had a silicone strap, and I want to honor her memory.

No need to replace the whole strap and comes in a wide variety of colours and a few size options. Bought this to replace a broken buckle on a Flik Flak watch of my sons. Hopefully this will last a while. It is pricey for what it is but so was the watch. It was easy to fit with the provided tool. Arrived promptly
