Quality of the rack is very good and assembly isn't bad, providing you carefully follow the instructions and arrange everything before hand in plenty of space. I did find that a few of the screws ran the risk of going in at an angle and split the wood, so you have to be careful and back them out and seat them correctly. Otherwise, its a great looking wine rack with plenty of storage space and the display shelf in the middle is great.This is our second one as we were so impressed with the first we got another to match it and greatly increase our storage space and make it easier to arrange things.Shipping was really quick from Wine Enthusiast and it was delivered to the house. There was a small ding in the package but its well packed and seems to be fine.Would highly recommend this

This ended up looking great, but I needed to do a lot of extra work to get it there.My issues were that many of the pre-drilled holes were not lined up properly. I had to re-drill some of the holes so they would line up right. Worse, on many of the rails on the back, the slots were not big enough to accommodate the large uprights. I had to use my band saw to shave the pieces so they would work. I can’t for the life of me figure out why, but there is a wobble that makes me uncomfortable. Will definitely be attaching to the wall.I am a hobby woodworker. I build tables for fun. So assembling this should not have been such a challenge. I’m assuming, based on the other reviews, I just got a bad one. I wish I sent it back for a new one.

Very disappointed in this product. Poor manufacturing quality - holes not pre-drilled correctly, parts such as the cross braces do not fit correctly, etc.. Stability is in question, and the unit leans after assembly. Price definitely does not match the quality.

Good rack. Putting it together was a bit challenging since some of the holes weren’t exact and the pre-drilled holes were a little small. I had to re-drill them. My power driver wouldn’t even get the screws in the original holes. UPS did a crappy delivery job. The box was ripped in the middle and it wasn’t delivered to the correct place at the house despite my instructions.

Great, and looks really high end. The quality is great for the price.

Instructions note tools required "Phillips screwdriver." Add to that a drill/driver to drive the 69 screws required, to redrill the misaligned holes in the front cross pieces, and to enlarge the undersized holes in the rear cross pieces; and a table saw to enlarge the recesses in the crosspieces which may not be wide enough to accommodate the varying width verticals.Package comes with 2 pouches of screws labeled "H." These screws are different lengths, so should have been designated differently - presumably with the longer ones going into end grain. Also, screws provided were full thread, rather than standard wood screws, which would have been more appropriate for this application.When assembling, you may want to move the bottom cross piece up if you want to mount it against a wall with a wood baseI was pleased to discover that magnums will fit in the rack.
