Can this be used with a GoPro max and have the same effect ?

If the max has a bullet time setting then possibly. However max is much bigger and Does not have the screw at the bottom to attach so you would be relying on adapters

Can this be used with a Ricoh theta v?

It can certainly work with the Ricoh Theta - just keep in mind that the Ricoh Theta V does not have the same 'bullet time' function as the Insta360 ONE X does. When the ONE X is put into Bullet Time mode the camera actually shoots in 120fps and locks the view frame direction of the camera towards the stick so that the person who is spinning the bullet time handle around their body is always in the shot. I'm sure with the Ricoh you can shoot video with it attached to the bullet time handle and stick, however it will take more post editing to get the same effect.

Would this work with a Gopro Hero8

The Bullet Time is just a heavy duty collapsible selfie stick with a 1/4 20 threaded screw on the top The base acts like a tripod so yes you could use this with almost any light camera set up. Keep in mind the Bullet Time Kit is designed it to spin a 360 camera around you, this function will not work with the GoPro Hero cameras.

Does this work with the x3 model?

It will fit in the 1/4-20 thread in the base of the camera, as this is a standard used throughout the camera industry. I assume there is the relevant mode on the X3 (I have the X2)
