Easy to install and works well, closes the door nicely after the dogs let themselves in, very welcome on a cold day. EDIT been in use for a few months now and fails every day, bang and the tension has gone. Needs to be re-tensioned daily.

It's easy to install and has the strength to do what it's supposed to, but is hard to adjust, and once tensioned it didn't seem possible to untension it, but given the moderate quality (which I won't criticise as its priced accordingly) its hard to say if this is a fault or just a feature.

Laughably poor quality. No strength to the spring, adjustment doesn’t work at all, arm installation poor. Useless product that Amazon should be ashamed to sell.

Works well and is easy to install. The very common cylinder door closer is the only option available online in many places unless you are lucky enough to find this one. Two cylinder closers broken in 2 years, this one is much smoother, easier to fit and is obviously less mechanically stressful on the parts hence more robust. The adjustment method is awkward hence would have given it 4 stars in the review except no one reads 4 star reviews so I gave it 5.

Pretty rubbish. The bar has a double helix thread which is cut before the metal is plated. The plug thread for the bar was not cut straight and the bar would only engage 1 and a half threads and wonky. It was not cross threaded. Cannot recut your own thread either due to the double helical thread. Very cheap construction which is reflected in the price. The stick on pad for the rollers is far too short and is good for only about 45 degrees of arc. It fitted easily enough and is working for now but I fully expect it to fail shortly

It was not strong enough to close the door !!!! Is a refund possible ?

ドアを開けても閉めることのできない家族が多いため購入しました。 取り付けには チョット考えました、本品は右開閉ようにセットされてます 左開閉にするには一旦ばらして やるようなんですが アームの位置が商品の真ん中にあるので 面倒くさいから反対向きに付けました。 バネの強弱調整とか あるのでしょうが 何の問題なく使用してます 時折バーンとドアが閉まりますが 閉まってるって安心感の方が強いです 近くに畑が有るのでネズミ上がり込み防止策です

ich bin beeindruckt! meine befürchtung war, die tür bleibt offen stehen, da sie doch groß ist. keineswegs. dieses kleine teil schafft es die tür zu schließen. ich freu mich!!! montage super einfach! beschreibung auf englisch und wahrscheinlich chinesisch. braucht man aber nicht, denn es erklärt sich von allein.

I use this to close my back door when my dog comes back in. It doesn’t close the door the whole way but I think that’s just because it’s a hard door to close.

Un mecanismo súper sencillo de instalar. Lo que más nos ha gustado es que le regulas con facilidad que esté más o menos duro (para que la puerta cierre con más o menos fuerza) y no sé si el fabricante recomienda que se ponga en el exterior, pero nosotros lo instalamos en dos puertas mosquiteras de exterior y después de dos años y pico están perfectas. Además que se usan con frecuencia y no pierden la intensidad con la que lo regulas. Os lo recomiendo.
