It's a Keeper!
I have somewhat severe metal allergies and thus unfortunately I can wear very few necklaces. So imagine my amazement when not only did I find a genuine sterling silver necklace that did not irritate my skin, but that was one of my favorite objects from my favorite series? This is an incredibly beautiful, and tiny necklace - which is exactly what I wanted. The detail is impeccable and not gaudy in the slightest. It sits on the neck beautifully and the extension allows for either a tight placement or a draped one. All in all it's perfect and I would purchase again and again and again.

Enchanting and top quality. You may receive 16" when ordering 18", though.
Absolutely beautiful pendant! The craftsmanship on the golden snitch is perfect and because it is Sterling, there is a nice weight to it for its dainty size. This piece looks and feels top quality. One caveat: although I ordered one 16" and one 18", both necklaces that arrived were 16" long. The seller explained that a factory error had resulted in all of the 18"-length-labeled stock recently shipped to Amazon warehouse being 16" length. The 18" price was refunded and the seller was very responsive and helpful. I mention this experience only because I do not know how long it will be until the 18" length is actually available (even though the listing still shows that it is). One other note: be prepared to untangle the chain. Both necklaces were very tangled and I was glad I had not had them sent directly to a recipient as a gift.

Serious design flaw
Looks exactly as pictured, and it's satisfyingly heavy. However, after just a few days of wear, the wing bent, then broke off where it is attached to the ball. The jeweler fixed it, but it cost more money and damaged the gold plating. This small surface area of where the wing meets the ball is a serious design flaw that I wish I had anticipated. If it had not been a gift from Santa for my nine year old, I would not have paid to repair it.

Broke very quickly
Cute and looks like the picture, but my daughter hadn't worn it more than twice before the wing snapped off (randomly.....she didnt snag it or yank on it or anything) and is completely unfixable. Very, very cheap in quality apparently.
