Ordered this for husband who has taken up cold water swimming in the sea. This head covering is good because it goes quite far down the back of his neck to divert cold water from going into his wet suit. Also the ear covering part is good because it holds his waterproof and tight-fitting swimming cap, which he wears underneath, in place. This stops water going in his ears. So, apparently this is brilliant. I will never go cold water swimming.

Keep you warm in cold weather, no doubt

Good hood for the money, well made with ear mesh thingys and long enough to wear inside our outside your suit depending on the neck line. I’ve worn it in 4c air and 7c seas and my noggin couldn’t have been more comfortable and warm. Fits well and stays in place after a big wave ducking.

Nice and simple hood. Does what it should! Keeps you toasty. I find that it's a bit loose on the neck. Tucking it into the wetsuit resolves this.

Only tried it on and not been in the sea yet. It’s a good fit as a large. Best to buy the same size as your shirt size.

Comfortable and well made product for shoulder season use as only 3mm. Does not cut in or chafe. It is reasonably priced.
